Shipping and Returns

Delivery

Shipping is calculated by weight, geographical location and service; cost will be advised to you on checkout. Additional charges and alternative delivery services may apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands and these will be advised on confirmation of your order.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order.
To cancel you can telephone, e-mail, fax, or write to us via the details below at any time before we have dispatched your order, quoting your order number.

For cancelled items we will offer you a full refund provided that you have not requested that the goods be personalized eg made to measure, engraved, embroidered or otherwise changed from standard.

Returns

If you decide to return the goods

  • i) If you decide that you have made the wrong purchase, goods may be returned to us for credit provided they are in an unused condition, complete and in their original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
    Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. A restocking charge of 20% of the invoiced value will be deducted from the refund.
    You will pay the cost of returning the goods. At your request we may collect the goods for you, however there will be a charge for this service. The address for returned items is as listed in Section 1 Business Contact Details.
  • ii) If you have ordered the wrong goods eg the wrong colour or size they may be returned to us for exchange provided they are in an unused condition, complete and in their original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
    Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
    You will pay the cost of returning the goods. At your request we may collect the goods for you, however there will be a charge for this service. The address for returned items is as listed in Section 1 Business Contact Details.
  • iii) If the goods supplied are damaged, missing, wrongly supplied or faulty Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged, missing, wrongly supplied or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of receipt of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will refund return postage and replacement at our expense. You may inform us by any of the Business Contact Details given in Section 1. Please ensure that the original packaging is kept for examination.

We are unable to refund goods where you have requested that the goods be personalized eg made to measure, engraved, embroidered or otherwise changed from standard and this personalization is not the defect.

Note: When returning goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or traceable service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns that fail to arrive to arrive at our premises.
