... How Can I Pay?

You can pay online, using Paypal, with the following credit cards : Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo & Visa Debit. A Paypal Account is not required.

...Creating An Account

To Purchase anything from diving direct you must first create a customer account. It's easy and free, click here and follow the instructions.

You will be asked to enter your name and address. The address should be your billing address - for most people his means your home address. You will also be asked to enter an email address and telephone number that we can use to contact you.

You will finally be asked to input a password. This will be used along with your email address to login to your user account. Make your password is memorable but not something that will be easily guessed by others. A combination of letters and numbers is advised. Hit the continue button at the bottom of the page and you'll be ready to shop. Email conformation will be sent to your email address about your successful account creation.

Remmeber if you ever forget your password we can send a reminder to the email address that you registered with. Click here if you have forgot your password!

...Placing An Order

There are many ways to find what you want to purchase on our site. The easiest is to use the search box at the top left of our site. Once you have found the item you want to purchase. Click on the items name. On the product's information page click the Add to Cart Button at the bottom of the page. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You can now either update the quantity of the item, remove it from you cart, continue shopping or proceed to the checkout to purchase your item.

After hitting the Checkout button you will either be redirected to the start of the purchasing process or if you have not already logged in you will be sent to the login page where you will need to login to continue.

The first step of the purchasing process is to confirm Delivery Information. The default Shipping address will be the address you entered when you created your cutomer account. But you can add extra shipping addresses if you want. You will also need to select a Shipping method. Finally you can add any Comments About Your Order. Press the continue button.

The second step is to confirm your Payment Information. The default Billing Address will be the address you entered whenyou created your customer account. Next you will needto complete your Payment Method. See above for the payment methods we accept. Finally youcan add any Comments About Your Order.Press the continue button.

The Final step of the process will be to review and confirm all of your order details. Here you can go back and edit any of your order. Press the Confirm Order button and your orderwill be placed. Email confirmation will be sent to youwith the details of your order.

Please Note - We do not chargefor any item until it is ready to ship.

...Checking My Order

You can check the status of yourorder at any time. Firstly you will need to login toview your order progress. Once logged in all open orders will be displayed at the top of the page. Click theview button to display a more detailed view of each order. When the status of your order changes an email will be sent to inform you.

Completed orders can also be viewed by clicking on theView the orders I have made link.

...Cancelling My Order

We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should anything go wrong, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on your behalf or as your agent and be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer.

Once ScoobaBoosta receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to ScoobaBoosta from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by ScoobaBoosta in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to ScoobaBoosta.

General Returns/ Faulty Product Information

You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason. To do so you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery.

If: the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), or does not correspond with its description; the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, the product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
