Barbecue time!

WHAT a weekend we enjoyed in Weymouth at the start of July...

Superb dives, amazing weather and a barbecue to end all barbecues!

Our second weekend in Dorset of the year, we bedded down aboard Tango over July 2nd and 3rd, taking in some some great UK diving with the bow of the Black Hawk a firm favourite as always.

The highlight happened on board however - thanks to the Michelin star worthy efforts of Charlie Jones! He dished up a feast of fish - which included the bucket load of scallops freshly caught by our own fair hands that day.

We tried repeating his recipe at home with our catch from the last day - but with mixed results it has to be said!

We'll be back in Weymouth for our final weekend of the year next month. The trip, running over September 3rd & 4th, will be a deep dive weekend.

It has already SOLD OUT - but you can still call us to get your name down on a reserve list should anyone be forced to pull out.

And we've set the dates for our return in 2012!
