IT MAY be cold outside but we’ve got plenty of holidays to look forward to in 2010 - and we’re celebrating the new year with some new destinations.
First up to an old favourite - our return to El Gouna in March. We’ll be back amongst the Red Sea’s finest for 1 week from March 26, chartering our own boat to explore Egypt’s magical marine life. Already we have 24 of you on board, in fact just 2 places now remain. If you want them to be yours, you’ll need to get in touch fast.
Come Spring, we’re off to The Orkneys to dive Scapa Flow. We’ll stay on the liveaboard ‘Sunrise’ for 1 week from May 1 getting up close to the incredible wrecks of the German WW1 fleet. This holiday is now fully booked but those who have just missed the boat can put their name on a reserve list should we have any cancellations. Give us a call.
Then comes the first new destination now confirmed.
We’re looking to take a small group to a Red Sea destination new to Scoobaboosta in September. As many of you know, Dave and Lynne took a trip to Egypt’s eco-resort of Wadi Lahami earlier this year - and loved it so much they can’t wait to get back. About as laid back as you can get, you’ll find a collection of tents and chalets right on the beach. The southerly resort also offers access to the most pristine dive sites. We’ll be running a 1 week trip from September 8. The details are still being finalised but brochures will be available in January so register your interest now.
Moving to November and our return to another of our second homes - Indonesia. We’ll be back in Bali and Lombok from November 6 for a very special fortnight - and you could be with us. Again brochures will be available in the New Year but you can get your name down now.
As if all that wasn’t enough, we’re also planning two more brand new trips.
Due to popular demand, we’re looking to run a family-orientated break during the school summer holidays. At the moment we’re mooting a trip to the Mediterranean but we are open to all suggestions, simply get in touch.
And last but definitely not least a trip for the real adventurers out there. Fancy a liveaboard in the Galapagos, or shark diving in South Africa, maybe some exploration of Truk Lagoon in Micronesia? Well we do. Yes, we’re cooking up a once in a lifetime dive adventure, and you’re welcome to come along for the ride. The destination is far from definite so please drop us a line with any ideas you have.
Bring on 2010. We can’t wait.
