Here comes the sun!

Here comes the sun

IN just a few weeks time we'll be putting the clocks forward and stepping into Spring, even though it may not quite feel like it at the moment!

Yes the summer sunshine is just around the corner - literally for the lucky band of us about to head off to Egypt.

ScoobaBoosta will back in El Gouna for 7 nights from March 26 - but it will be business as usual in Warwick while the lucky group are diving the Red Sea.

As you'll know, we make our holiday in El Gouna an annual fixture on the calendar. Our home-from-home in Egypt, the resort is far from the hustle and bustle but right in the thick of the best Red Sea diving.

If you missed out on this year's trip, rest assured we'll be back in March 2011, and it's never too soon to get your place booked.

Of course El Gouna is just the first of many overseas holidays planned for this year - including two more chances to join us in different resorts in Egypt.

Read on for the full run-down, then call us to secure your seat, places are going fast!

Marsa Alam - Egypt - 7 nights - August

For the first time, we've scheduled an overseas trip for the school summer holidays, the perfect escape to guaranteed sunshine that will suit the whole family.

ScoobaBoosta will head to Egypt's Marsa Alam for 7 nights starting on August 25.

We'll stay at an all-inclusive resort right on the beach. The Three Corners Hotel comes complete with a swimming pool and a selection of restaurants and bars. What's more, there's a dive centre right next door.

This is a holiday to suit all, whether you're just starting out or an experienced diver. We'll focus on shore diving, making Marsa Alam the perfect place for any budding Open Water Divers to qualify amongst the magical marine life of the Red Sea.

For those already on the PADI ladder it's another chance to dive some of the best reefs in the world.

And it's not a bad destination for non-divers either!

Southern Egypt - 7 nights - September

We're off to a Red Sea destination new to ScoobaBoosta.

We'll spend 7 nights in southern Egypt from September 8, staying in two places, Marsa Shagra and the eco resort of Wadi Lahami.

Dave and Lynne have visited both - and can't wait to get back. Not only are the resorts laid back and far from the madding crowd, they also offer access to the most pristine dive sites the Red Sea has to offer, the likes of those usually only visited by liveaboards.

We're looking to take a group of up to 14 divers. To join us you'll need to have logged at least 50 dives and be an Advanced Open Water Diver at minimum.

Bali & Lombok - 14 nights - November

We'll be back in Indonesia for two weeks in paradise from November 6.

Bali and Lombok occupy a strategic position separating the Indian and Pacific Oceans

This position produces a huge diversity of ocean life, which when coupled with the low numbers of divers and the timeless nature of the countries, generates a superb holiday destination for divers and non-divers.

Expect the big stuff, from mantas to Mola Molas, not forgetting the sharks, dolphins and turtles as we move between resorts. Then there's the reefs, the wrecks; basically a dive destination we can't recommend highly enough.

Brochures detailing all of our overseas trips for 2010 are available in the shop.
