Always getting lost? Always following your buddy (and getting lost)? Impressed by those who seem to naturally end their dive where they said they would? Try this course and you could be on your way to being one of them!
With three dives run over more than one day, and with an evening spent in the classroom, this course will provide certification and experience of planning and completing dives either independently or with your buddy to start finding those wayward underwater objectives.
This course covers the following topics:
- The planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of underwater navigation.
- Methods of estimating distances underwater
- Natural navigation techniques
- Using underwater patterns
- Dive site relocation techniques
- Compass navigation techniques
The minimum entry requirement is Open Water diver over the age of 12
