Dry Suit Diver

Fancy diving in the UK more than twice a year? You need to learn to dive in a dry suit!

With two dives run in one day after a pool orientation, and with an evening spent in the classroom, this course will provide certification and experience of diving a dry suit independently and permit the hire of a dry suit from us or any other dive centre.

This course covers the following topics:

The planning, organisation, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of dry suit diving
Proper procedures for buoyancy control
Ascent and descent technique training
Routine user-level, preventative maintenance and performance checks on dry suits

The minimum entry requirement is Open Water diver over the age of 12
